B. Grim BIP Power Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture between Bangkadi Industrial Park Co.,Ltd. and B.Grim Energy Corporation Co.,Ltd. to develop a cogeneration power plant using natural gas as an industrial energy source capable of 120 Megawatts. It consists of electrical energy and cold water from the cooling system that utilizes Heat Absorption Chillers. This cool water source is distributed to cooling systems of businesses in the industrial park, and flows back continuously through the Heat Absorption chillers again to reduce temperature.

Raw water from MWWA canal. Water purification plant
in capacity of 18,000 m³ per day.

Central wastewater treatment plant with capacity 14,000 m³ per day
aerated lagoon system.

• Dykes 2.10 m. in high surround the industrial park.
• Concrete drainage ditches 0.3-0.5 m. wide alongside roads
  within the industrial park to retention pond before pumping out with 5 pumps.
